Qigong is an ancient Eastern practice that combines flowing movements, conscious breathing, and quiet meditation. It offers a gentle yet effective way to support physical wellbeing and emotional balance, suitable for all ages and levels of experience. Why practise Qigong? The movements help improve the flow of energy (Qi) in the body, support the immune system, and promote a renewed sense of vitality. At the same time, the meditative aspect fosters calmness and presence — helping to reduce stress and bring clarity to the mind. Qigong encourages a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment. It is not about performance but about being present and open to change at your own pace. My approach is centred, respectful, and supportive — offering a welcoming space where you can practise with ease, whether you are just beginning or continuing your journey. I hold my sessions in Swiss-German, German or English.


Stornierungsbedingungen

Meine Stornierungsbedingungen verlangen, dass Terminabsagen oder -verschiebungen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus mitgeteilt werden. Bei einer kürzeren Frist wird das volle Honorar berechnet. In Notfällen oder unter unvorhergesehenen Umständen können Ausnahmen gemacht werden.
